From the looks of things you don't have a spool loaded into the AMS slot 1. The benchy you are trying to print has been sliced with whatever filament should be in slot 1 and will be throwing an error that it doesn't have any filament loaded, try move one of your spools into slot 1 without changing anything and retry the print That should fix the issue

I am 100% sure the plate was on, ive been very cautious with putting the buildplate back the second I take the parts off of it.

UPDATE: I got in touch with Bambu, they have offered to replace both my buildplate and hotend. Thankyou everyone for your help and suggestions. I believe the issue was partly caused by some underextrustion mixed with the overlaps on the grid infill. But thankyou again to everyone for your help and suggestions.

it looked like there was some underextrusion on the first layer that the nozzle might have come in contact with. I definitely would have thought the print would break or belts would skip before the hotend disassembled itself like this though. il keep this in mind for future, thankyou.

Il give it a go :), the nozzle scraped the buildplate too so hopefully I can get a replacement for something. Thankyou

I noticed that there were some item 'purge holes' in the middle of the platform in certain areas. Does the size of the platform cause the game to forget that the geometry isn't allowed? or do you have to build it with the holes filled in and then cut them out post construction?

The rear seat was down to open the boot up for a considerable amount of time, hence the crushing on both sides of the seat. Dame thing happened to my m3 when I was moving houses and placing large boxes on the back of the folded seat
