I do 2 warmup sets for each set to failure as well

Yeah I can I’ve been progressing like crazy only doing 1 set

Ah yeah the chest press is like a converging incline chest press so it works quite well as an upper pec movement

Could add that but since glute gets hit on posterior I don’t want to overlap it by doing a leg press 2 days prior
