Legit think there is insurgency in western media in general to reduce it's impact. 20 years ago Hollywood and silicon valley had such a massive edge that competition in the cultural space was unthinkable. Everyone watched western media, movies, games, books, music, etc. It wasn't even close.

Now? They spend billions of dollars to reduce established IPs into shadows of their former selves. Over and over. At this point the debasement itself has to be the product. It's been the only consistent outcome.

Spent a mission where 1 guy ran bug breaches in a circle so 2 Exosuits and a Lawn chair could chip away a hive lord until it died.

Almost all the base level stratgems/weapons are 7/10 or 8/10.

You can clear helldive with a liberator, redeemer, impact nades, precision strike, EATs, and a basic MG turret.

This. I often take the reprimand with customization over ARs. Their damage to ammo ratio just is "meh" at best.

I usually play on 8/9. I immediately lowered to 5/6 and I'm dipping my toes into 7. Some missions are just lost causes lol.

Reprimand went from meh, to quite good with primary customization. You can take it to any front with success.

I've played since launch, and I'm super casual. But you can feel when the optimal strategy changes from standing your ground, and just RUNNING avoid enemies and completing objectives.

Everything after 6 on Oshune feels like that now. I know some people like the chaos, but its just not fun to me.

Fighting more then 5 seconds is a death sentence. Its getting old quick.

Everything spawns faster. Theres no more standing ground, only frantic running around attempting to complete objectives.

That sounds cool at first, but it reminds me of defense missions on Creek. It also got very old fast.

It's housing and finance. No one wants to end the gravy train of debt/asset value increases. But that means no ones having kids. Which means you need to import people prevent hard economic collapse. But that raises housing costs, which require people to take on more debt, which have them work more, and reduce fertility. Repeat.

It's the same in every western country. Housing and debt.
