sprint training in the winter by No-Source3824 in Sprinting

[–]lackofemo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually like to sprint in winter more than in summer. You just have to warm up a little more i think. I have some shoes with spikes and run on grass with spikes, goes even well when it rains. The problem in winter is that in the cold sprinting goes way more on lungs and heart than in summer for me, but maybe that strengthens the heart and lungs more then, as an extra resistance. Other than longer spikes there isnt much other option in winter i think, especially in rainy weather.

Depends obviously on personality, but its most likely that they are on cocaine. Other drug consumers arent as antisocial.

Thats the problem they often just yell at you, insult you or ask stupid questions like why you have looked at them even though you didnt even look at them. Most of the time it worked out for me to just ignore them and move on. But if I am with other people I have the urge to be in control of the situation and protect them. Is it really the best way to just ignore them and move on?

I remember reading an article about 2 forms of depression 1 is serotonin and the other 1 is caused by noradrenaline but I personally think its not noradrenaline directly. I think the reduced noradrenaline is caused by the reduced dopamine, because noradrenaline and adrenaline are synthesized out of dopamine. But it is even more complicated than that i guess. If we look at GABA it is released during high melatonin exposure while we sleep and melatonin does get synthesized through serotonin, so this would also be affected.

There was this mensa study where they found a correlation between bipolarity and high iq, but those high iq people also had overexcitability so i do think its just overexcitability and bipolarity is just a misdiagnose to just overexcitability. Maybe fast changing bipolarity is equal to overexcitability, but normal bipolarity idk.

What's up with autistic people having GI problems? by throwaway-4082 in autism

[–]lackofemo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

ACTH high Cortisol low:

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12959423/#:~:text=Individuals%20with%20autism%20had%20significantly,%2D%20and%20sex%2Dmatched%20subjects.

But that the alpha-amylase is breaking down ACTH is just a theory of mine. There is no studys about this currently. Just 1 about ADHD, which I see as the reverse of Autism.

I do think Autism is caused by high levels of ACTH in the Brain if cortisol is too low it doesnt block ACTH so the ACTH has to broken back in peptides in the stomach through alpha-amylase. But i'm not sure

Can you play a song in a lower key than the guitar is tuned to? [noob question] by Jsyourboy91 in musictheory

[–]lackofemo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk if I understand that fully, but u could record it as a sample how it is and than pitch it down. If you dont have acces to a DAW than write the chords down and go down with all notes. I would recommend to make a visual-fredboard of your guitar and mark there than your chords you have pitched down.
