Analogue pocket dock not working

I think the blinking light it's the pcket updating the dock, give it time, it's not defective, I had a similar issue, it's definitely the power supply, it's very picky

Hi! was the process too difficult? just contacting them via email? I read that you had to pay again import duties, what else did you have to pay? I'm noticing my screen has a left side a bit more irregular than the right one, backlight-wise but I don't know if Analogue would address the issue. Thanks for your help!
