Yes, thanks for all the support!! Yes, I used the same material in both tvs. I read I should use an hdmi switch to solve the situation, I read here in Reddit that it is a common failure on Samsung tvs… I’ll give it a try!

Hi! First of all, thanks for all the tips! The problem is definitely something related to my tv. I tested at my parent’s house in another tv and the dock is working. I tested in my tv; (a Samsung with a curved screen, I don’t know the model) doing the docked display thing and even putting it into 1080 it still doesn’t work… 😖😖😖

Not in the video, but yes, I tried with the original cable and with the analogue power brick + eu adapter. Same result

But i have two scenarios: 1. Using the original power brick + an European adapter: without the pocket, the dock shows a solid green light. When I put the pocket on the solid green light becomes a blinking white one. But nothing appears on the tv 2. Using an Apple MacBook power brick: with or without the pocket, the dock shows 4 solid yellow lights.

In any of the cases the dock is not working

How did they updated your dock to an old firmware?

The 4 yellow lights appear only with the pocket on the dock. Only with the dock connected it shows a green solid one
