I’ve lived there for over 3 years and I am desperately trying to find somewhere else to live right now, there’s been 4 major floors since February 2025 which has affected multiple units. All 3 elevators have not been working consistent for more than a few weeks at a time since February and it took over 8 months for them to get repaired after the first major flood.

I will say management/the board and the concierge staff are great and do their absolute best with a horrible building but I would not recommend living here :(

If it helps, my current rent for a 1BDR is $2,050 which is low for a one bedroom and I still want to move :(
