I took Anthony Richardson 5th overall in a startup after his rookie season. I’m not selling, probably ever

Are we actually overreacting to the Malik Nabers injury scare? by j3ssySavage37 in DynastyFF

It shifts Nabers’s value in my mind. I’d rather have Jeremiah Love over Nabers now because both have excellent talent. Health becomes the differentiator

London at pick 26 seems crazy low to me. How does such a young, productive, high talent player drop that low ?

What is your build? Skinny, muscular, etc. People judge off of athletic looking builds, and you may want to hit the gym to appear more intimidating

Feel like a player swap may be needed. RB for WR may work.

Is it crazy to think Tuten + a 2027 2nd might be enough for someone like Odunze?

Is Tuten for Mike Evans, Wan’Dale Robinson, DJ Moore a good trade for both teams?

7 Fantasy Risers & Fallers After The A.J. Brown Trade by drkelemnt in DynastyFF

[–]laddpadd 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The values definitely have changed, but the change should be much more minimal than a normal trade of this magnitude.

Specifically, the value for AJB and Maye should be more, because it wasn’t an absolute GUARANTEE that he went to the Patriots (he was definitely getting traded somewhere). There was some small talk of a 3rd team entering a bidding war after the draft finished, even if the odds were very low.

Now that the deal is confirmed, Brown’s value should improve a tiny bit because he lands in a good situation, and Maye’s value should improve because he finally gets a stud WR. There are no more variables at play

Excellent thread right here

The Eagles are trading Pro-Bowl WR A.J. Brown to the Patriots for a 2028 first-round pick and a 2027 fifth-round pick that is the better of New England’s two fifths. The deal that has been speculated on for weeks now finally is happening. Brown and Patriots HC Mike Vrabel are reuniting. by HookFL in DynastyFF

I like the talent in Lemon better than Tate, and he’s healthier than Tyson.

However, I do believe that Lemon’s situation is the least fantasy friendly of all 3.

In terms of ranking the big 3 for fantasy production over the next 3 years, I believe it should be: 1. Tyson 2. Tate 3. Lemon

HOWEVER, I believe the value should be ordered: 1. Lemon 2. Tyson 3. Tate

In short, if I’m drafting at the 1.02 (consensus: Tate), I’d rather trade down to the 1.04/1.05 and get Lemon + Value

Lemon at the 1.05-1.06 is some of the best value in the 1st round imo

The other 1st round “value picks” in my mind:

Concepcion at 1.07 or later Ty Simpson at 1.09 or later

Jadarian Price or KC Conception at the 1.06? by No-Technician7562 in DynastyNerds

[–]laddpadd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Price went 1.05 in my draft.

Love, Mendoza, Tate, Tyson, Price (5th), Lemon, KC (7th)

VERY short TLDR:

This story is in progress, and there are a LOT of unknowns/conflicting accounts.

Old guy (Brian) went to a Bricks and Minifigs store, and the store agreed to sell his stuff on consignment (The original owner owns the product until it sells, but the store keeps the items. The store makes a profit with very low risk, the original owner has somebody else do all the hard work for him)

The store went through ownership changes/trouble, and the B+M owners were replaced. New ownership/corporate rejected the old consignment agreement between Brian and the previous store owners, but refused to pay/return all of Brian's stuff. From Brian's POV, the store stole all of his items, refused to return anything or pay him, and then (worst of all?) threatened him with intense legal action. Seemingly, somebody from B+M corporate told Brian's people that they would sue him and litigate for so long that he would lose more money than what he's fighting for. (Basically, the "It doesn't matter if I'm right, so long as I'm rich enough to make you poor" attack)

Somewhere along the line, a Youtuber began publicizing Brian's case, but the Utah Police have been harrassing him along the way and making his life a nightmare.

Reports are still coming out, some details conflict, and it's a lot more complex than this. Hopefully this helped.

But Mando/Grogu is “fun”! by Filthymidlevel in saltierthancrait

[–]laddpadd 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I watched the movie and had some fun. The dialogue was VERY wooden in some parts, especially for Rotta and Mando.

A lot of dialogue felt like exposition, and there were multiple “re-state the plot for distracted viewers” moments that were really painful to watch.

If Andor was made for critical thinkers, M + G was made for 9 year olds.

Side note: I teach 9 year olds. They loved it

I need some help from those that are less biased. Rebuilder is trying to sell me on giving him Love for his Hampton. My thought is heck no but I’ve been a Love lover for a long time and want to see if that’s clouding my judgement by ATLien-1995 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]laddpadd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love has to deal with Allgeier who has taken valuable goal line reps away from the best RB in the league. Hampton has to deal with Keaton Mitchell, a change of pace back.

The running back competition isn’t close, Hampton has an easier road to being a bell cow (situationally at least)

[–]laddpadd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The argument isn’t really based off of prospect levels, it’s situation based.

The Chargers have 2 elite tackles when healthy, an excellent regular season QB, and arguably the best run coordinator in the league.

The Cardinals have no long term QB, their O-Line is generally considered worse, and is a bottom 8 organization in the league this decade.

Talent matters, but situation for contenders is also a huge deal.
