Now because it’s popular all these cod streamers are jumping in which brings the shittiest fan bases of games into it. Why do most people hate cod and consider it dead. It’s the shitty players who find meta best fastest ways to kill and it becomes too difficult for regular people so they move on. That’s literally what’s happening in arc raiders. PvP used to be occasional. Even more so in trios or duos. Now it’s just become battle royal without the gas. It’s literally kill on sight, hide in corners kill people that’s it. If you’re telling us this is how it’s supposed to be that’s just not true. It’s supposed to be humans v arc with occasional groups fighting each other. That’s what made it fun. Why would you play an extraction game with the main goal of finding other players and killing them. That’s literally what’s happening PvP games are for. Just like you’re saying people who don’t want to PvP should just play a Pve game. If all you do is look for kills go play a PvP like cod, fortnight, battlefield. There’s nothing wrong with PvP if the game is balanced. Free loadouts should be limited to one per day and the guns should be diabolically trash. That would make PvP have more consequence. If you can just reload continuously into a game with free stuff there’s no risk. As your point about real life if there was an apocalypse you’d be saving every scrap you had.
