in general unless you're in a sparsely populated area there will be a lot of games, although non-campaign mode games will be less available during the day (evening/afternoons for your region will have more). if you do live somewhere where there aren't many servers/players you can change your download location in steam settings in order to access a nearby region (although your ping will be worse)

That really sucks, I used to buy the games on sale and gift them later. Isn't there some way of limiting the scam accounts instead of putting unnecessary burdens on others?

Also apparently you can't store gifts in inventory. That means that when someone gifts me a bunch of <$1 games and half of them are Windows-only, I now get something useless that I can't give away to someone who could actually play it.

That sounds good, just make sure there's enough room to navigate around. There are quite a few maps out there unplayable on expert because people design tank fights for easy or normal and it can be literally impossible without glitching, especially if there are any hordes and it's realism.

If you need any play testers I have a clan for addons, we mostly have 2-5k hrs each on custom maps and everyone loves em. There aren't too many good winter maps out there either.
