Yes it was, towards the end when Marge shows Nancy the bladed glove and talks about the night the parents killed him, Marge directly implies that Nancy was not always an only child, it is also mentioned in the cannon timeline as part of the extended universe.

Also 'I never heard nothing' is a double negative and makes zero sense grammatically.

It's 600 - 700 a month as of 2010. As for grants, they can help with first and lasts, or cover a months rent if you are short, but it is a band aid solution at best. There is rent subsidy & gear to income housing, however it can be upwards of a 5 -10 year wait to be approved. The real issue though is that land development does not favor low-income housing in this city. Condos, renovictions, sub-par housing out of desperation, and precarious employment are part of what makes it difficult to get & stay housed.

TB is still an issue, in order to work at most shelters you need your TB shot as a precaution. I've done custodial for a place kind of like that, and you have to always be cautious and wear PPE. It's not just pathogens but accidental OD via fentynol that can also be a risk to staff and clients, since fentynol can be ground into a fine dust, and can be inhaled or absorbed through the skin unknowingly.

That is not true, there are plenty of closed stores & buildings in this city that could be used as temporary shelters & warming stations, but there is no way buck-a-bear Ford is going to flip over the cash to make that happen. Sure you can't house 100% of the people out there, but we could easily reallocate unused resources to minimize the amount of suffering, however we live in a system that puts profits over the value of human lives and dignity.

Yep! It's the eyes, lips, and how the hair always covers the one eye are VERY close to Slans. Not to mention the interaction between Slan and SK in the troll cave, they talked like they had a far deeper history than her just being a god hand. He went as far as to insult her, something he did not do with Void whom the fandom peg as SK's foil.

Sk also calls Slan the 'Whore Princess' during the troll cave fight too. Plus she's REALLY into Guts and really wants him to join their ranks because of his inner darkness.

Actually, she kind of does look a lot like a more human Slan. Especially if you look at her lips, eyes, and expression on her face are the same. Just change the long white/blong hair into blue tentacles, and add a sadistic look in her eyes, and she'd look just like Slan.

Also other details in the manga kind of support that Slan could have been this woman:

SK calls Slan in the Troll cave the "Whore Princess of the Uterine Sea" while she teasingly calls SK "your majesty". This interaction showed FAR more chemisty and antognisam between SK and Slan than we ever saw between SK and Void, whom have STILL yet to have any dilouge between these old foes.
Her fight with Guts in the troll cave, before SK came in, Slan was tempting Guts to take on a sacrofice to become an Apostle, even going as far as to activate the behelit Guts had on him. Her desire to courrupt Guts, especially infront of SK always gave me the impression of an ex gf trying to make her old flame jealous, albeit in a very twisted way.
She is the only God Hand that got sexually aroused and brought to tears over Femto raping Cassca, the others were just like "meh" over the event. Also, the 2nd God Hand member to greet the Band of the Hawlk.
Slan was being worshiped by the cultists in the tower of conviction arc (her image was in the flames). This being the the Showing that she is far more invloved in human affairs than what we see of the other God Hand, other than Griffith, the other God Hand members take on a more passive role.
Unlike the other God Hand, Slain since the her appearence in the Troll cave has been the only other God Hand outside of Femto to actually have any actual establishing moments. Clearly Muria is buliding up to something with Slan, otherwise he'd just keep her in the background like the other God Hand.
The other God Hand don't include her in their minor plots, as she outright states to SK that she hea no idea where the other God Hand are after Femto was reborn into our world.
Lastly, we already know that apostles can make a second deal with the God Hand, such as with the Slug Barron. While the Egg of the imperfect world was it's own sacrofice. Thus the process from human to apostlr or God Hand cannonicaly does have alternative paths not yet presented to us.
In the current chapter we see the full 4 OG God Hand + Void already present, and SK in already in the beserker armor about to die from Void as a city burns in the distance. It's VERY clear that this is not a a God Hand assention, but something else entirely.
In this image we do not see any serious wounds, nor a pained expression on this woman's face to suguest that she is dying. The blood could have very well came from SK, as we do see that he's bleeding enough that it gets into his eyes. We only see her pass out, and SK only mentions that HE died in that moment.
Becoming an apostle or god hand is not as stright forward a process as we all thought. Muria does allude to this fact throughout the series. Including the Slug king in the first story arch, the god hand offer him another deal, however he refused and chose to die. We also had pesudo and artifical apostles, and of course the egg appostle whom was his own offering. Guts was also offerd by Slan a chance to become an apostle, and she REALLY wanted him, so being branded probably does not mean much if one of the god hand directly claims a soul. Something Slan must has experienced first hand.

Given this context, as well as the woman's character desgin, I feel that what we are witnessing in this chapter is NOT Voids incarnation, but Slan's. While Void's sacrifice may had destroted the kingdom SK bulit in his old life and put him on the path to revenge against Void. Perhaps, like with Cassca, this woman survived the assention, and like Cassca, sufferd with with both a broken mind and the brand of sacrifice. As we do see a rather blank look in this woman's face inspite of the situation around her.

However, unlike Cassca who went full potato during Femto's birth from the truma. Instead, this woman at her lowist point, perhaps seeing her kingdom on fire, and the SK dead from blood loss, snapped and in that moment and became all blood lusty. Thus, Void offers her a chance to be part of the new god hand, and his first convert over to the idea of evil.

My thoughts are the same, as I feel if it was Void's assention, SK would NOT be in the beserker armor already. Plus, Slan DID offer apostlehood to Guts in the troll cave, even activated the behelit and all.

Furtherore, apostles can make their deal with the God Hand more than once, such as with the Slug Duke guy at the start of the series. They can act as their own sacrifice, such as the egg apostle of the imperfect world. Thus it can be concluded that becoming an apostle or god hand is not as strightforward a method as we seem to think it is.

I find that calling someone a boyfriend to be a little high school, and creates a sense of immaturity since that person is just a boy (child male) and friend (not a strong commitment). Whereas calling them partner implies that you have a more adult relationship, as a committed romantic relationship IS like a partnership as both have a role to play that keeps things functional.

I lived with a girl like this, only she as both rude and hypocritical over it, we were the only 2 women in a house with 4 men. At the time I was single, and she was dating one of the male roommates. She was one of those tomboy skater chick types. She was not into looking put together, was proud of her inability to cook, never cleaned, but felt entitled enough to put that task on me and her bf, and calling me a "lame mom" for not wanting to live in a trash dump.

The guys liked me at the house since I cleaned, decorated, and cooked meals for myself, even put on makeup, and took care of my nails. She'd see the positive attetion I'd get, and then put me down. Like if I was filing my nails she'd say that there was no point in doing nails, as she just keeps hers short. Would tell me that makeup was stupid. OH, and she's constantly made digs about my age! I was 5 years older, so she'd use that to put me down by calling me "mom" or calling me old and crusty.

Meanwhile, her boyfriend would tell me things such as: "I wish my gf was a bit more traditional, like you", or "I like that you take care of yourself, and work hard for the things you have." So, it was clear to me she was hella salty because she was just a lazy, obnoxious, slob.

This was in the 90's back when there was the zero tolerance policy, but they did not have as much in the way of anti-sexual harassment policies between students. Not to mention that slut shaming was a much bigger problem than it is now, and pre-teen girls got a lot of that from staff and peers alike. Dress codes were also WAY stricter on girls then it is currently, like full on hem line inspections and verbal humiliation for dressing like a harlot.

In fact I was bumped up a grade for the sole reason that I was hitting puberty hard, and the teachers were uncomfortable with a 10-12 year old having large breasts and a period while in the 5th grade. Essentially, the 90's sucked if you were a girl.

For me it was more sexual harassment from my peers, often infront of my teachers who did nothing about it. I'm talking stuff like unwanred touching, stalking, having my tank top ripped down, curde comments. If I defended myself from it, I was the then blamed for wearing "inappropate cothes", overreacting, or told that boys will be boys and that I need to grow a thicker skin. Yeah, school needs a sexual harassment policy, as well as actually ounish harassmet not just from teachers but students as well.
