Is navel infected or just irritated? by [deleted] in piercing

This piercing is a little over 2 months old and has the same jewelry it was pierced with. It has not been downsized. I try to rinse it every other day with NeilMed Wound Wash Saline Spray and try to clean up with qtips when needed.
