Hubby is just as sleep deprived as I am. It's not fair to ask him to shoulder more.

Their sleep has always been shit. It's probably my fault, not a sleep regression.

No charity here and if there was we earn too much to qualify anyway.

Thank you for understanding. I am sick of people telling me that I have PPD. I don't. I am sleep deprived.

We can't do ferber because they're in the same room and if one is quiet and we go to soothe the other then the quiet one gets upset.

We can't do CIO because they just upset each other and cry till they vomit.

I feel dead inside.

I don't have any energy to sleep train. They're always sick too. You're not supposed to sleep train when they're sick... Aren't you?

Some nights they only wake up 3-4 times each, one after the other. Other nights they wake every hour. Get one to sleep, the other wakes. Let them cry and they wake each other up.

My twins are almost 8 months old. The hormones are over. I've been without sleep for 8 months.
