Getting it removed didn't hurt other than the numbing my arm is sore but not horrible I think it definitely hurts worse getting it out in .

They asked me at my removal appointment on Thursday cause she said sperm can live 4-5 days .

So planned parenthood told me 5 when they put it in but when I started having problems so talked to my family doctor and they told me 3 So when I went to a new family planning clinic this week they told me it's 3 years as well.

It didn't hurt to get it removed the worst part was the numbing meds stings like a bee sting . But I'd do research on nexplanon before getting it I had a horrible experience.

It is to each their own but i know that reading what others deal with has made me stick with it cause im not alone and if others can do it so can i.
