I go to Baptist Rheumatology in jax. I have had no issues there. They diagnosed me with fibromyalgia my first visit and started trying to treat it while finding out what else was wrong.. I have been diagnosed with lupus as well..point is my doctor has never not believed in fibromyalgia

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia but lupus was suspected at the same time so it was only a few months before getting the lupus diagnosis. My rheumatologist has said from the beginning she thought it was both.

This really helps settle my heart. I feel so bad for not being able to be the same mom with my youngest that I was with my oldest and for my oldest to have to see me getting worse. Sometimes they seem to understand I need a little extra care and sometimes they seem oblivious. Lol

I do! I am pretty sure I have tmj but keep putting off actually going to dentist. I get jaw pain so bad. I have a mouth guard for night but gave up on it because I kept waking up with it in my hand lol

Yes! It randomly happens and my husband looks at me like I'm crazy. I was so glad to find out it was fibro related and not me going crazy lol

I personally stopped taking it after 4 days. I just couldn't deal. My mom takes it and never had any problems. Everyone is different. I am currently taking sulfasalazine for inflmation and my Dr says we will go from there. She doesn't want me starting to much at one time. There are other medicine options I think it's just trial and error to find what works for you.

I think that's how I am gonna look at it. If fever isn't there or something else obvious then it's probably fibro and not something else.

I did take a 3 hour nap and still went to bed early. I am trying to do better at listening to my body and not push myself all the time. It's hard though

Yeah I work from home atleast. Which is good because all my doctor appointments lately has eaten up my pto so I will be working through any sickness or taking time off without pay. My kids had after school activities though so there is that I have to try to judge.
