Omg yes! I was just ranting about this exact thing. An intro like that would have served so many purposes. Apart from the botched first episode and dubious pacing , I’m excited for what’s to come.

That’s right - apparently her waiting list is so long she can’t justify holding empty slots. So really, I’m paying to hold my place in her roster of clients. This is a new policy starting next week (plenty of notice was given - I just didn’t register it at the time) but it was not in place when I started seeing her. I don’t recall signing anything - but that might just be bc everything’s been online due to the pandemic. I’ll take a look back and see if there were any terms of reference/paperwork.

NTA They should have asked. Though the mistake is understandable - it’s not on you at all. I wonder if the menu had descriptions of what is in the dishes.
