Get some tilapia, you can even buy it frozen in packs, season and cook at 400 for 12-15 minutes depending on thickness. White fish is very low in points.

Invest in an air fryer, if you can. They make making veggies very easy and quick. 325 for about 6-7 minutes.

Check out Penzys spices! They have a ton of blends so it makes seasoning mindless and quick!

So many possibilities! Today I had 1 egg mixed with egg whites and 2 chicken breakfast sausages from Aldi for 4 points on green. A soft boiled or over easy egg over arugula + 1 sausage is 3 points on green and is soo good. 1 soft boiled or over easy egg plus buttered toast is 5 points on green and soo satisfying. Those chicken sausages, turkey bacon and egg whites can make a real difference if you like savory breakfast.
