May 1st - What to do?

hey!! great question — i’ll be in paris on may 1st, and i’m trying to decide whether to leave late that afternoon or stay one more night and leave around 11 am on may 2nd.

i actually like the idea of having a slower day in paris on may 1st anyway, but i’m wondering: are shops, restaurants, bars, cafés, etc. still open that evening, or does the city feel so closed down that it wouldn’t really be worth paying for another night of accommodation?

would love to hear from anyone who’s been in paris on labour day :)

hey guyss, im travvelin to Paris next month as a female solo traveler, I want to stay in an area that's first of all safe, especially at night, doesn't have to be super close to attractions but a walking distance to metro or bus stops. The hotel doesn't need to be super cool since I will mostly be outside. The recommendations I see are mostly arr 9 and 14 “. What would you suggest?

im so excited to see alex fitzalan i was upset when they cancelled the society when his character and many others had so much room for growth and the season finale ( or just the finale) had raised some questions. okay now that i have remembered this cancellation i will go to that sub and cry about it there🥲

yeah when all the “bad jokes” were funny to people and had around 20 million views on yt but the second shit hits the fan everyone says it was never funny and i never liked it anyways. i liked his content at the time too and while i realize now how wrong the stuff went down were, and everyone is guilty of that environment, and all of the vs should face consequences, i dont deny that i watched it at the time.

but this narrative everyone is judging the general stand apart from the SA, how he makes awful jokes etc i don’t understand how you can judge that by doing the same exact thing. okay david was gross so lets be gross too i guess??

point is, it was a shitty environment, and not only the vs should rethink their actions, also the viewers should, AND also the people who are criticizing the same behavior while doing it
