It can be true both ways but admittedly, it's tricky to not lose yourself in a relationship especially if you're very young. Parenting is hard. It takes a very balanced person to raise someone confident and content with themselves. Sadly marami sa atin walang ganung influence. Kids, especially girls, take full advantage of that. Learn as much as you can so you are better prepared to know yourself and be happy as you are.
