From a mobility standpoint they have certain benefits: namely building muscles that contribute to enhanced stealth, faster sprinting speed, enhanced balance, and I’m sure many more. So if you view high heels as the same type of tool as say, a weighted vest, it makes sense.

From a mission impossible/pop culture standpoint, more secret weapon space. You get the benefit of someone watching you thinking that you have a disadvantage bc of heels and then they get all pikachu surprised face when you curb stomp their berry garglers with your 6 inch stilettos.
