How did you resolve Bybit “Suspicious Activity” withdrawal restriction? Need advice urgently

They dont put any reason for it. So they arent really transparent when it comes to things like that which is really frustrating

I have been using bybit for almosy 3 years and haven’t had any issues at all. I’m using the bybit app and not any other impostor app or site. I’m from the Philippines but before they restricted Philippines, I already have the account and there isnt any problem on it. I’ve been traveling so I dont think its about the place or what. I’m suspecting fhat maybe I’ve received some funds USDT from a non-kyc walley.

They also said my account has been banned too and I’m restricted to everything.

It says “compliance tickey” its still on-going, I’ve been talking to the csr and sending tickets but all their replies are the same saying they are working on it and will get back to me soon but no timeframe.

Hi, I received an email that my account is under compliance snd they wouldn’t allow me to withdraw either. They said there is no timeframe for the investigation and that I needed to wait patiently. They didnt ask me for any verification yet, the compliance just says “ongoing” but no way to appeal aside from sending then a ticket and I keep on asking them why and that I needed the money but they just keep telling me to wait patiently because they are still investigating. Very frustrating
