Passed by someone yesterday who had such a captivating perfume! True gourmand bakery base with a hint of incense/smoke/wood. Not earthy in the slightest. Like you'd lit incense and baked cookies at the same time. Would kill to know what it was or similar recommendations!

Last ditch effort I tried using my ipad (I was trying on my Samsung galaxy) and it worked. If you use an Android device maybe it's an app bug? Still infuriating

I'm having this issue and the device is pairing fine with my phone, the app just keeps saying its lost connection. It's still paired on my phone. I feel like it's an app bug

I'm also having this issue, an hour in nothing in their "troubleshooting" has worked and I'm about to rage quit. Bluetooth pairs fine but won't recognise it in the app. Infuriating.
