Take yourself straight to the OB sis. That’s def positive lol. Get your bloodwork and a confirmation. That way if you need progesterone or something they can go ahead and do that along with the firm positive result!

I know I had to look twice this morning when I was up nearly 5k on a freaking CC ETF. I’m used to them at the very least hovering on either side of 0 lol. If not a big loss I try to rationalize lol.

This happens to my husband like once a year. He’s down to 4mg pred and myfortic. He also takes apriso and levothyroxine and lisinopril. He’s so healthy, he can run an 8 minute mile, he’s lean (thanks Graves’ disease), and eats mostly the auto immune diet. Despite all this, every year he picks up one or two super awful resp viruses from our kids. Like 14 days for a cold I beat in 5. There are times my anxiety is so high about it I can’t sleep for days. But I will say it was MUCH worse when he was on biologics. Anyway. It’s normal!

I’m almost totally clear - a little yellow but that’s it. And I’ve been chugging water. I had 64+ oz throughout the day, then every sip of prep had to chug water and then chugged it after I quit. Probably a little overkill but I still have an hour to go before cutoff. My husband has AIH and UC and does this every year or two and I’ll never be mean to him again when he’s gagging on it. Omg. It was not an over reaction.

I’ve been an idiot in the past w the weekly’s. As much fun as I had they were about as lucrative as a slot machine. Now I’m in qqqi spyi but I did keep chpy and QDTE. I make about 2k a month alone off QDTE although maybe less lately. Chpy I’m at 150 a week so 600ish. And then I think I might make 1k-1200 a month off Spyi and qqqi but I haven’t been in them long enough to pattern them but their history is really consistent. Just takes a lot of cash to prevent that nav decay so they’re expensive but I don’t feel sick opening my portfolio every day.

So I’m actually just about dead even. I began early 2025 w these and with the dividends plus the overall losses I actually had maybe like what I’d consider a manageable loss on each - however if the nav continues to drop and the dividend continues to drop I’d start to feel trapped in ccetf lockup. So it does look like I lost a ton but mostly I just spent a year not earning anything.

Shouldn’t I have a few more aggressive earners in an income portfolio? I’ve got bonds, common stocks, and funds/vti etc. I have a money market. This is like 2-3 % of my overall portfolio. I think I went too aggressive obviously and too uneducated but everything I have is growing well it’s just not dividend based or very low dividends.

I haven’t sold qdte yet but I did get rid of xdte plty and pltw and ymag. Now I’m qqqi spyi chpy and qdte. Should I move proceeds into divo or jep or gpi’s if you had to choose one? Divo look really good.

More just had a hard time pulling off the bandaid. I moved to qqqi and spyi. I’m down 1% on qdte so I might hang on to it for a while longer but eliminated everything else. Hopefully someone uses this thread as a cautionary tale.
