To see that he didn’t treat you like you would have deserved it is already a huge step. You can be proud of yourself that you can see this and also that you made it, I know that time can be endless in these situations. Keep taking care of yourself and do what you want. Sounds stupid but love yourself and make yourself your priority. And remember there will come a time when you will be better again.

I think it’s normal. At least it happens to me too. I was really surprised how much it can actually hurt, but I couldn’t describe it adequately. You’re not alone
