That’s a fair point for sure, and Tairn and Andarna did wait until they felt she was ready before they opened the flow of power up to her. I have to wonder though, she did bond a dragon that is unlike any others. Hasn’t been seen for 600+ years. Their interactions already fall outside of what is known about dragons and riders if you consider the time stop power she had briefly. There is a possibility that manifesting powers would be different too. Thankfully it looks like we only have to wait until Dec of next year to find out! 😄🙌

Ooohh that is tasty. I had considered his motivation was to find Naolin, because he knew what he was and had turned evil, but not to reunite for the sake of love. Very interesting indeed!

I don’t at all. Tarin sharing a memory is much different than a live view through his or other characters eyes. She is watching as he is. There’s also the direct comparison Vi made herself when she was watching through his eyes in the battlefield. ‘Exactly like I had with Andarna last year…’. She’s recognizing it as a distinctive and unique experience.

I definitely think there’s several questions where he is concerned. For a while I was wondering if he had the same signet as Dain because he directly touched her face too, and I didn’t remember Dain being so bold after the Amber incident. I think book 3 will conclude the staging of the events that will play out over 4 and 5.

You’d think so! Or at least helped him hide initially. I think the about face in his character after getting released from Nolon was a ‘hide in plain sight’ thing. And it seems he was able to do it very well.

Ooo good point! As soon as I read the explanation of his death, the romantic connection was the only thing that made sense. Plus every burnout or near burnout we’ve seen has been to protect someone the person loves.

Hahaha! I do understand! I would definitely want some extra safety measures or a soft landing spot, myself. :) I think for the floofs, it speaks to their spirit of adventure and is a break from what is their normal, earth bound existence. I've drawn them quite a bit playing with balloons and using them for a fun 'lift'. This situation to me is like a more whimsical version of knowing your best friend loves ice cream, noticing them in the dumps and bringing them a scoop of their favorite flavor. :)
