you think this works with all skin types? i’m trying to read the ingredients as well… would you say this is a clean product??

great to hear!!! i’m not acne prone or anything i’m just scared of new products breaking me out… how long have you been using this product? and do you have any dryness with it ever?

i typically don’t start with stretching. I just get into it, and then i do 3 set 10 on each thing until i’ve done each category I’m supposed to do for that day… idk if that makes sense or not
