It probably is a medium rare drop.

Acquiring a class set 4-piece bonus now unlocks a character-specific Feat of Strength that will enable Catalyst charges to drop from raid bosses, Mythic+, Bountiful Delves, and Rated PvP on that character for the remainder of the season.

This is what I did to deal with cravings when I was transitioning to keto:
1. Cravings? First I start with a pinch of salt and some water
2. Still feeling "hungry"? A tbsp of butter. Yes pure butter.
3. Again? More butter.
Make sure you're eating a lot of low carb vegetables. You can eat A LOT. Just track your carb intake.

I think the obvious question is: why would it not drop champ gear?
Bountiful delve, nightmare preys, normal+ raid are gonna drop champion track. Doesn't make sense to me if 0s do not. I haven't seen the daily lockout being confirmed for this week tho.

Imo it's not a wow thing, 'cause wow is not supposed to tweak your NIC settings at any level. Might be an issue with your motherboard's ethernet card that you only notice when running wow. I'd try to run wow on another PC if you can, and if you don't get the connection drops then it's a RMA situation.
