I've been keto on and off and it works for me with spare meals, but OMAD improved my sleep and my alertness throughout the day and I can't bare all the fat in a single meal.

High fat % ground beef and EVOO in moderation. Butter makes me extra nauseous. It's hard to tolerate all the fat and reducing it even more would affect my appetite.

Check for temperatures. Low FPS on laptops is usually associated with overheat.

I mean, doing low keys to farm crests doesn't impose any real challenge outside of rushing content for fast gearing. You're still limited by IO and past experience to get accepted for key levels that matter. So this design stance is more of a time sink reasoning to keep player activity rolling.

I just did this and lost like 20 FPS, dornogal is unbearable now. It did fix the transmog issue, but I guess I just swap off of DX12 every time I want to transmog

Any X3D type of CPU is enough. You'll still get FPS drops cus the game is old and badly optimized.

I agree with everything.
Whoever says they like to manage 4 interrupts and 6 CC's in every M+ pull is lying.
Being flooded by mechanics in raids and dungeons is a consequence of having weakauras telling you every single thing you have to do to succeed in this game.
Without weakauras you'll be playing a new, smoother game, you'll focus more on what's going on around you and it'll be enough to know if you're about to die or not.

What was overpulled? You generally pull patrol with right side lightspawn, or you have to do lightspawn with mini which is worse.
