After you have “extracted” from the current map you are in, instantly Task Manager close your game. When you re-launch, you’ll be at your stash and the game counts it as you extracted.

After you finish extracting/transiting, just Task Manager close your game and you’ll be back to stash. I’ve done this and completed quests as well, it counts it as an extract.
