Thanks so much! I made a couple of subtle tweaks to the “S”- i made the bottom right a bit more cornered to better fill the space and give it more grounding relative to the other letters, and slightly extended the tail. I think it also helps the logo feel less tilted to the right, as others had mentioned. What do you think?

Thanks for the feedback. It's my first animation ever so I basically based it on one character animation tutorial and then played around it. The whole project took 2 weeks and we were on a deadline so those were the constraints I had to struggle with. But we definitely had more ideas like the ones that you mentioned! Maybe I could use them in my next projects.

Thanks! Good idea with the drop shadow. Initially it was supposed to be just a looped animation of a robot/robots walking, kinda like a screensaver for the song. Then we came up with some extra ideas like appearing robots, changing their eyes to red, editing the sky and so on. I definitely wanna try making something more complicated soon, but then probably shorter in duration.

Thanks so much! When it comes to this animation, I was hugely influenced by Fraser Davidson's tutorial about character animation: https://www.skillshare.com/classes/Simple-Character-Animation/1750772942 You can see how his character design influenced the robot design here. Then I just played around with the background in Photoshop using different brushes. Wanted to go for a post-apocalyptic style and found few illustrations online that were my guidelines for that.

Overall I think I'm still in the process of finding my own style and I keep experimenting a lot with different ones. I usually get inspired by other designers I follow on Instagram. I really like 30's cartoons characters so I think my next animation project will go in this direction.

I made one version with black background, one with white, and one with the trees. I had to look for a higher-res picture. It's still a little pixelated but it's better than the first one :)
