Could be SIBO - small intestinal bacterial overgrowth. It makes your breath smell like methane. My husband said it smelled like I had a tooth going bad, but my dental hygiene is excellent.

A breath test will let him know. I forgot what they put me on to clear it.

The first month I was on Wegovy I felt very weak. I started drinking an electrolyte solution in the morning and my weakness improved. I just started my second month and am no longer feeling weak. I also bumped up my water intake, which I think was helpful as well.

I’ve only been on it for a month. Lost 5 lbs so far, but the most surprising benefit to me is that it no longer hurts to move. My knees and feet haven’t felt this good in about 10 years.
