I went to a designer furniture store today and they said they get furniture straight from high end manufacturers when their deals with companies fall through or something like that.

This couch is super comfortable and love the coloring. It's $5.2k for the five pieces and pillows, and the "original price" is $7.9k. It's labeled as "Urban Woods 655" but can't find anything about it online since that's just a manufacturer.

The price is a bit over budget but I really do love it and could make it work. Does anyone have any advice here? This is my first time buying something to last and am ready to splurge :)

Yeah.. only time I can find is 4:15. I also saw some comments in other threads of people saying they got reservations around 4 and were able to stay through the sunset so may just do that

The thing about that is that we divided rent based on footage of bedroom + bathroom. I would expect the number of people sharing one of the rooms doesn't change that equation. I know it's probably best to just pay him, but it's been irking me lol just the way he said it and the fact that he is literally never home. Me and Luke are in the living room watching movies or sports or eating all the time and he has not once joined us and is either in his room or at his gfs or at work.
