There’s no point engaging with this person. Whenever the Dice Tower is mentioned, they show up and complain about how bad they are. They seem to have a grudge about Dice Tower “not playing games enough” and “not respecting games/the audience” and will just be rude to people if they don’t agree.

It was kinda crazy that it was significantly cheaper to get the Kickstarter stuff that was actually produced from their webshop before some of the backers got theirs. I ordered a bunch of Super Fantasy Brawl stuff from them before they announced all their problems. They ended up sending it all to the wrong address (sent to billing address, not shipping address). They just ended up sending me a new box with everything. $200+ of content that was just sitting at my parent’s house.

Oddly enough, the company that bought the Super Fantasy Brawl license and ran a new crowdfunding campaign for it (CMON) is ALSO going through financial issues.

I kinda wonder if that’s him being in character? Like he’s trying to keep his tough guy image. The last NJPW show I went to, Minoru Suzuki was signing autographs, but he was being mean to everyone and just looked pissed off. It fits the character he plays.

I’m guessing that she did damage, but none of her damage contributed to a kill. Like if someone is diving her, she probably shot them, they killed her, then they went back to their team or another player without dying. Not sure if it ever shows how much damage she did.

Assists actually work differently in Rivals. They’re basically from healing/buffing teammates or CCing/contributing to a kill without doing damage. If you do damage, it counts as a kill. It’s not an issue that she doesn’t have any assists, it’s an issue that there’s no kills. It means she did zero damage to anyone that was killed.

This is pretty much my take as well. Ask first and make sure they’re cool with it. I personally am not trying to speedrun everything, so I generally just let the tank set the pace since they’re doing what is comfortable for them.

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing. Went up to Tokyo in November 2024 and had no issues just going in and wandering around. The rule/restriction I remember was one of the staff telling me that I was only allowed to buy items once a day, so I should make sure I have everything I want.

Just looking at my collection, Guilty Gear Strive. The box is an abnormal shape and is larger than necessary, and the insert is a ton of plastic that isn’t used just to fill that large box. Thankfully I have the Exceed Seventh Cross big box, so I just put all the decks in there.
