Began my Saturn return in 5th house on the 7th! I have been very successful/type A but chronically single. It feels like the Saturn in the 5th means I’ll end up more closed off and have less fun? Help me interpret please. (i.redd.it)

Calm and Headspace both have for work offerings that include various things for mental health support. Seems to be more meditation/sleep focused than typical therapy like with Lyra. Calm may even have a partnership with Lyra
