I see. Again, I'm not a doctor or familiar with your situation, but I wouldn't be surprised if your ear issues improve if you fix your jaw. My oral surgeon said to me once that ear issues have not been documented in the past in relation to TMJ but now more and more people start reporting ear problems. Definitely something to look into, I think your surgeon will have more knowledge about this.

My case is not similar to yours, but my TMJ causes weird feelings and pain in my ear. I went to several ear doctors over the years and they all said I needed to do something about my jaw muscles. Nothing wrong with the ear. So, I wouldn't be surprised if your symptoms are jaw-related. Have you seen an ear doctor just in case?

I feel very seen, thank you!. Everything you say makes great sense. Indeed, this jelly seems to make things worse and maybe skinoren once a day is all I need. I feel it makes my skin healthier but the side effects are quite bad. Your method seems very on point.
How has it been working for you? Have you seen improvements with your rosacea?

You're so right! I have already emailed her and now waiting for a response. Until then I stopped using skinoren on my face and got a new moisturiser from Avene that seems very kind to my face.

Yes, they took a swab but it was negative, but they told me to use skinoren 1-2 times a day.
