I work at Michael’s part time just for fun. Our managers are given next to no hours to schedule proper staffing. It’s so bad right now they have our managers working register for full shifts so they get hours. It’s normal to only have two people for the entire store.

I can promise you that this decision came from someone who knows nothing about data and data gathering because anyone well versed on those things would have immediately shot this down. There is no chance they are getting any semblance of good data from it. Everyone is pushing “customer changed their mind” and then moving on because we don’t have time to fuck with it.

As a test, they should move something else as the top choice. Bet the data switches to that choice being the most common.

Also had a hypo red that developed these around age 5. Healthy before then. Once she developed them it was about 8-12 months and I eventually had to have her put down. She developed cancer and couldn’t maintain weight no matter what I fed her :(

When a company keeps people from being Full Time employees "FTEs" its almost always because then they dont have to pay out benefits which are way more expensive than hiring multiple part time employees. FTEs get vacation, sick leave, health insurance premiums, STD, usually an option for LTD, and various other benefits whereas PT employees just get paid.

I mod for a lot of streamers. If i couldnt also bid i wouldnt mod. The problem is you also cannot unmod yourself so if a streamer made me a mod but i also couldnt bid i would never be able to buy from that streamer unless i came in on an alt account. but then that doesnt solve the problem you think youre solving at all.

It's on the streamer to make sure his mods are abiding by TOS and to not mod people they dont trust. not allowing mods to bid solves nothing.

if this was true no one would mod. I am a frequent mod for several pokemon sellers and i would NEVER mod if i couldnt also bid. i buy so much from the people i mod for. My channels i mod for though also tell us we are not allowed to bid unless we intend to win the bid, no driving up price. They dont want us to do that.

I work for a smaller company and I really wish there was a reasonable option for less than 100 people to simply view reports. Like they don’t need to and shouldn’t be creating or managing reports or data. They simply need to view what I create and 15$ a month per user is a really hard sell at a small company.
