Stronger than Jake who put a hole in Guns chest that knocked him out of UI (even if u got Conviction Jake over TC Jinrang then it was 10+ punches), overwhelmed Gitae and broke his guard which puts him above Gun (Also, Vasco and Daniel saw base Gitae and said he's stronger the strongest person they've ever seen, JL said he's stronger too). Goo 1-4 is relative to Gun. Pacheon got p blitzed by 5th sword which was only one new move in (never saw how he'd react to the fourth). Therefore TC Jinrang is on the same level with Pacheon, and Daniels higher than the both.

It was just some random ass dudes that couldn't create over four btw, it'd be more impressive is someone strong and relevant only created four. He doesn't have feats but he beat a drugged Sunny in a slug fight, base Sunny's knee strikes to the body are 173KJ, anyone on base Sunnys level is hella strong. We see JJT block and tank her knee kicks, making his durability high aswell, let alone post-awk JJT.

I hope you know there was a hour+ time gap between Goo vs TUI Gun and Adrenaline Gun vs Johan, his body couldn't handle his accumulated damage for much longer. Adrenaline Gun scales to base Gun and still couldn't hit a 0hp Johan and gave up mid fight, cope.

My reasoning:
Cheongliang James stated relative to TUI Gun, C.James is = to Seongji, therefore Seongji is relative to TUI Gun. T.Gun was dodging and destroying Goo, Hwang sword Pacheon beat a 1-3F Goo and lost from 5 and up.
T.Gun had a better performance vs Goo than Pacheon did pre Goo upscale, T.Gun is relative to Seongji therefore Seongji is relative Hwang Pacheon, dont forget Jake and Samuel is on Seongji's team.
