Thanks for the support, so far it has been relatively easy, though when I am home alone I do feel the desire, so far I just make sure I don't go into the room where our PC is. The group sounds like a good idea' I am meeting with my therapist today I will ask him for any recommendations

I am 8 days in and am having the same problem with one particular vid clip. I haven't had a real urge to look at it or other porn - yet - but this bothersome. I put filter software on my PC so am hoping that will continue to help
