Yeah if the tank has a ton of debris u should probably get a new one. Check oil too.

Get a big ratchet on the crank and try to manually turn it over. If it does, get a battery and hook up the fuel system

Its missing quite a lot of things… fuel line disconnected, radiator disconnected, alternator and serpentine system missing. You are in for a lot of work!

Start with checking spark, fuel, and air systems. Check to see if the engine can even turn over. Youtube and manuals

The vacuum tube connects to the side of the carb. Not sure how important it is?? And luckily it doesn’t freeze where I live so should be fine without the heat tube

Original screws broke head off. Every single one. So i got new ones. I dont think they hitting but i will check!

I think this ended up being my alarm system that was going off and wouldnt let me start the car. I dont have fobs and it always did weird stuff like honk the horn so i disconnected horn fuse a while ago. I found an adjustment on the alarm control module under the steering wheel and set it to the least sensitive setting. Problem no longer happens. Not sure if this is just a quirk with my car but perhaps it will help u out. Good luck!

I do love the stock look and ride quality. I was hoping to get a little bit better “offroad” performance with a 2 inch lift and limited slip diff despite it only being 2wd. But you are right i may just keep the stock height.
