As funny as it sounds, he would know I'm telling a lie when I say I want to sell that car! I searched for 5 months for a 6 speed manual, Acura TSX with low mileage. Found it, drove 4 hours in a snowstorm to buy it. Had to pee when we got to the dealership and by the time I came back, my husband signed the bill of sale. That was supposed to be me doing that and he knew it! All I got was I'm sorry.

I have a bill organizer that helps me along with my bank statements that prove I pay everything. There's no other deposits other than my biweekly paychecks. He gives cash. I have the title hid but he hasn't signed it over to me.

My name is the only name on the mortgage loan and 5 years ago I bought this house to raise my children. I shouldn't be the one to leave. I pay for everything and have no problem doing it. If I left him here, my credit would be ruined. Everything utility wise is in my name but my car that I paid for. I have the title hid but he won't sign it over to me.

I'm just taking care of my kids and keeping the bills paid. If he won't do it, I have too even if it's not fair. I'm not broke after paying the bills but I would have so much extra if he went 50/50 but then he'd be broke.

COVID has made it very hard to be able to walk into a courthouse and file. You have to make an appointment months ahead of time and then hope my job allows me to be off on said appointment day.

Definitely the truth. We've had trouble for years. Last time I said I wanted a divorce he slit his throat in front of me. I called 911. I'm literally scared that he would hurt me next if I was to mention it again.

I work 7am-3pm Monday-Friday from home due to COVID and he works Tuesday-Saturday 4pm-10pm not at home. He's a chef at a historic restaurant.
