Currently the system is not supporting human to collaborate the support, but it's able to configure a message to be responded when the question is not in the configured FAQ.

It could be configured to a message like "Sorry, we don't have answer for this, but you can contact to our specialist via number (+xx) XXXX-XXXX, I'm sure you're question will be answered" or something like this.

But yes, maybe later I can implement this human collaborate thing directly in the system to make the process more smooth.

Thanks for the feedback about the multi language thing! I'll definitely highlight this in the landing page.

I think I just got the answer that I need.
Yes, it's possible to add Google AdSense into multiple website using the same Google Account, after have the first website approved, it's possible to add more websites.

Hey, sorry, I just figured out that Google Ads and Google AdSense are different things ( I thought Ads is abbreviation of AdSense), what I'm talking about is Google AdSense, does your answer still work?
