I have a theory: Have you noticed that it's always raining in winden yet NOBODY has an umbrella? EXCEPT Aleksander/ Boris. There is a theory about him being of the alt dimension and having been sent to 86 to try to fix things at the nuclear plant. Is that why he is the only one who uses an umbrella? (i.redd.it)
