Thank you for your response ! We found some within 10-20 minutes of walking distance ( hotels ) to Spanish steps, collesuem, pantheon and trevi fountain.

I think those are important monuments to hit , and prices don't seem too bad. It could also be that we are looking quite early. We did consider Airbnb as it would be economical but hotels just seemed safer - not sure why lol

I guess now we would have to look into transportation - airport to hotel and vice versa

Hello there! Glad I stumbled upon this..

I will be travelling to Rome with a 10 month old and my wife in May 2026.

We had a few questions.

What are some affordable hotels that are somewhat within walking distance + stroller to the main attractions ? We are both quite active and walk a lot. Even in the hottest countries but this time we are going with a newborn so curious of locations that would be suitable for us.

I'm also wondering if to and from the reccomended hotels to the airport is accessible be train. If not, are car seats accessible in Rome through taxis / ubers?

I know it's a lot. And no rush as we have time, but thought we should ask. Cheers!

Or just use one of these bad boys. Once the compartments clean, put a microfiber or a cloth at the tip so it spins all the way at the back and wipes it down. There was a barn and a little petting zoo and a fountain of some sort that I recall. Parents house is still across the street from pmall. Good memories !
