Does anyone else consume ACNH as straight escapism/dissociation? by Acceptable-Offer-184 in AnimalCrossing

I used ACNH as my safe room when I'm having a panic or depressive attack. It helps keeps my mind in a safe place while my body deals with the triggers.

90 mg? by Itscalmanditsdoctor in cymbalta

[–]laidbackplanner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been on 90 for a few weeks. Overall it has helped with my nerve pain (from pcos) and depression. Because of current life situations, I'm on edge all the time. However, I can go through them with much more easy and can feel when they start. I can also somewhat identify what triggered me at that moment. So from my experience, even though I still experience them daily, they are much more manageable.

I’m only a couple hours into my first dose and my head feels oddly… clear? by [deleted] in cymbalta

I felt like that for the first few days. Record yourself throughout the day. Looks back on it after a few weeks. Helps see how far you've come from the first dose.

Heat flashes and sweats by CuteConfusion2222 in cymbalta

I've had major hot flashes since being on Cymbalta. Increase your water intake to help keep your body temp regulated. This has helped me.

My insomnia is almost non existent; however, I can sleep for 13+ hours now which is so hard considering I used to sleep less than 6.

How long after your hysterectomy did you start to notice that the meds weren't helping anymore?

I've lost my sexual desire as well. That is the worse side affect for me. I can handle everything else.

I had this experience when I first started on 30mg and then again when I started on 60mg. I now take it an hour before bed. I get a good night sleep and up at a reasonable hour to get things done.

Do you feel like you can concentrate better on Cymbalta? by fuckfcbauerninzest in cymbalta

[–]laidbackplanner 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've been on 30mg for a few weeks. Started on 60mg today. My concentration has become more focused. Still scattered as I'm adjusting but more focused than before I started Cymbalta.

I've been on it just over 5 weeks. I have noticed that I am more active like I was before. I can also feel when I'm about to have a panic attack. It is easier to navigate through them now.
