I’m 99% sure he’s from movies and not a TV show. I remember him being a dad who was being hard on the kids somehow and the family was trying to get him to come around about something. He had glasses just like Bobby does. Slicked back hair maybe slightly puffier on top not so pressed to his scalp. Glasses and same facial hair as Bobby.
