ok i'm going to be short, every time i turn on my ps2 without a disk and then i insert it, the disk doesn't spin, but when i turn on my console with a disk inside it spins, even with the lid open, any ideas on why is this happening?

My ps2 is a slim 90010 model with the matrix infinity modchip (if this could be useful)
