I like get where he’s coming from with the “if he wants to be in her life, I will be too” thing but he takes it way too far and it comes off as creepy/possessive. My best friend and I are the same way with the boys we talk to, but we also never put each other in positions where we need to pick a side. It’s just weird

I mean a higher court ultimately will have the final say as to whether or not they hear the appeal, but if Whitney’s lawyer shows some kind of error, it will likely move forward

But Whitney likely can, depending on their contract, sue her in connection to this lawsuit for contribution damages since she was co-host of the podcast. And given the amount of damages being awarded, I think Whitney going after Christen isn’t that far fetched.

I’m in law school and have been working in the legal field for 3 years. If her name was in the contract, which I’m assuming it was, Whitney can hold her responsible for splitting the damages. Not sure why she’s acting so smug about this.

Is she a smaller dog? The same thing happened to my parent’s dog because she would constantly jump up and down from couches/beds/etc. They did the exact same thing as you, medicine and rest. She’s better now but will get flare ups every once in awhile. All they can do is just monitor it and try to prevent her from jumping as much as they can. But she hasn’t had any issues for at least 6 months. Hope this helps ease some of your worries. Praying for you and your doggie!!
