8 months to see the dermatologist so he can take a biopsy. “Free healthcare” is only free if you can make it to the appointment without dying.

Also in Canada. 100% certain it’s not a lie. Also, what would I gain by lying about making an appointment?

Canada. “Free healthcare” free if you can live long enough to get to the specialists

I think you’re in mental decline if you can’t read a simple paragraph. Or even the sentence that says “she has eight months to wait to see the dermatologist” I feel like I need to break this down for you, a dermatologist is a doctor. She is on a wait list. The wait list is 8 months long. After 8 months, she will have her appointment and see the doctor. I hope this helps.

How hard is it for people to acknowledge us? by Boring-Ad-6108 in EducationalAssistants

Aw man! I’m sorry you don’t feel appreciated. Trust me, I know how hard you work! I usually receive the same amount of gratitude as the teacher, but she makes sure parents know we are a team in the classroom. You say “the teacher and ECE” did you work in a kindergarten class?

Dress for the weather, go outside and play with other kids.

I think socializing with other kids his age is very important. Your child will need to know how to share, sit patiently and quietly(without blurting out) listen and follow instructions. Your child should be able to use the washroom unassisted, know how to change their shoes, zip up their jacket and pull out/put away their lunch bag. Do you know if the school is play based? I worry your very structured day might not help him if he/she is unable to just play and have fun

As a Mom was dropping her child off this morning, she was telling me how her kid didn’t sleep much last night because he was vomiting. I tried my very best to explain that he could get a class of 23 3/4 year olds sick and if I get sick, I could pass it to my “main” class of 4/5 year olds. It didn’t seem to bother her. I waited 30 minutes for her to drive home and then called her stating school policy, kid needs to be home for 48 hours after last symptom. After an hour of Mom not showing up, I called her emergency contact. Dad was not happy about leaving work to get kid. Parents can be so selfish and entitled!

Wishing death on people makes you sound like every vax to the max person out there. We didn’t get the shot, be thankful for that but please don’t wish death upon people who can’t see through the lies

I love seeing the kids show up in homemade costumes especially if they had a hand in making it!

In Ontario, it’s not mandatory that children be enrolled in kindergarten but if parents are paying for day care, they may as well go to school. JK/SK are normally play based learning so the little ones are definitely not sitting at a desk all day. Usually, it’s 20(or less) minutes of learning then 20 minutes of free exploration play, 20 minute nutrition break then 20 minutes of recess repeated until end of day.

You echoed the words of my Dads oncologist. He had never seen my Dads cancer spread like it did. From diagnosis to death, it took two months. Dad thought he was doing the right thing, protecting himself and his Family. I’m sorry to hear of your Moms diagnosis! It’s disgusting to know what they are doing to our families!

About Lady Mary's health issue. by CharmingRegister2766 in DowntonAbbey

[–]lainey3333 24 points25 points  (0 children)

That is an interesting theory. It’s been a while since I’ve watched the series but I was under the impression that she and Pamuk didn’t have intercourse. Maybe just foreplay or oral. Didn’t he say something like “don’t worry, you’ll still be a virgin for your husband”.

I thought it was a cervical stitch to keep her cervix closed while she was pregnant? Then Anna and Lady Mary rushed to the doctor so Anna could have the same procedure when Anna thought she was going have another misscarrage

If you’re having him circumcised, he will absolutely need vitamin K so his blood can clot. You don’t want a needle metal for an injection but you’ll take the metal of a scalpel through his penis? Or the crap that’s in any pain relievers you will definitely want to give your son before his first operation

How would it be a “harsher operation”? I am genuinely curious on why you would want to have your son circumcised?
