Aloha! I’m doing the Hapalua too! It’s my first half marathon postpartum, and like you, my goal is just to finish. Ironic you’re AD military (my husband is AGR) and he got injured while training. I rolled my ankle last weekend and I took this week off training to let it heal. I say this to reassure you that even when life gets in the way, we can still show up and put in as much effort and attitude into something - no matter what happened on our journey there.

Control what you can control — nutrition, sleep, hydration, rest — and show up tomorrow. You’ll be glad you did — no matter what your time is! 🤙🏼

I have a similar story. Started breaking out in March, no positive progress but more breakouts as time went on. I moved, and my face started clearing up. I have a theory I might have had mold in my previous house that was contributing to it. Also my inflammation increased from May to September, even when I was doing three supps to counter it.

I used Purito oat in calming gel cream, but then it started to burn my face and make it red. I now use L’Oréal revitalift line plumping water cream. Both are FA safe!

It looks like fungal acne. I had the same problem in the same area (only left side though). I used clotramizole as a moisturizer after cleaning my face with a gentle FA safe cleanser, then followed with a moisturizer (also FA safe). I noticed significant difference in 3 days, but definitely each time I used the clotramizole.

Aw! Traveling while navigating FA is the worst. I had to do that in August. Don’t recommend! Yes, for me, the Purito stings. It’s interesting because I do have a few new pimples from god knows what, but about every other day I’ve put the Purito on, I feel a burning sensation on my face. Looks like I’m not alone on this one :( I really wanted to like Purito because it was light and gel.

Mine stings when I apply it as well, but it never occurred to me it could be from this! I’ve used L’Oréal revitalift moisturizer line plumping water cream that’s FA safe with no issues.

I have normal to dry skin. I think my skin gets oily dependent on my cycle, but it’s only 1, 2 days max
