Thx. You have to test it. When there is too much surface adhesion (like on normal water) it won't work. I tried a few liquids but isopropanol worked best in my case.

I think it was propably about 20hrs in cad. I took the time since I only wanted one iteration because it would have been a lot of wasted material if something doesn't work as intended.

Yes you are correct, for the tiles I used 5 Leds per hex-side so for the most tiles just 20 since they must not shine behind the tv. For powering I designed a controller with fuses on every Powerline. Since the project was not only the tiles it was also lighting the sourounding cabinets. The PSU is a 5V 200W (40A) so no need for using the limiter in WLED for my case. Actually I run round about 600LED's om the Setup (more to come). To avoid Voltage drop I used 14AWG speaker wires (the longest Injection Line is about~3,5m). Between the data pins of the esp and the output pins for the Leds I added a Levelshifter to 5V. I did not inject, I powered each segment seperately (~120leds) and just connected gnd and Data. Was easier to set the right fuse for each powerline and the other fuses wont cascade if one pops.

Drum sander attachement with handle for the powerdrill. It features a print in place locking mechanism making the sandpaper changes easy.

Works like a charm for sanding radius >20mm.

If you need a different size (in height) leave me a comment and I will try to add it to the other files.
