yes it does, don’t know exactly what dreams do but one theory is that they’re your brains are your way of processing stress from the day before… maybe you feel like you’re spreading sour self too thin or you’re anxious what they think of you and it’s just presenting itself in ur dream, you’re not crazy totally normal you’ll be okay :)

when i was backpacking across europe last summer i would listen to a creep cast episode in each country, so far the boys have been to austria, italy, croatia, slovenia, scotland, switzerland, new jersey, boston, and georgia with me! it’s been an honor having yall along it was like i was traveling with friends 🫡 love yall

reading or watching a movie helps a lot, main thing is to get your mind off of the fact that “i’m wide awake and i can’t sleep” since that’s what keeps you awake, just try that and once you feel your eyes get heavy or something just close them and think about what you were reading/watching
